| All products, availability and prices are subject to change without notice. Please be sure of all your choices before placing your order. Once your order has been placed, a cancellation fee of 10% will be assessed if you wish to cancel an order. To cancel an order, you must do so by calling 404-229-2745 during the business hours of 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. The only time an order may be canceled without a cancellation fee is if the product is out of stock. In the case of refunds, please allow up to 10 business days. |

Product Returns
|
| To return a product you must call 404-229-2745 during business hours (above) to receive a return authorization number. Returned products will not be accepted without this number. At the time of your call, Home H2O Filters will determine if a product is to be replaced, repaired or returned for a refund. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns. If the product(s) arrived to the customer damaged or defective, Home H2O Filters will pay to have the product(s) returned. For products not damaged or defective upon arrival, the customer must pay the postage. In the case where items are re-shipped to the customer, Home H2O Filters will pay for return shipping. All returned products should be sealed in plastic bags whenever possible to prevent leakage, packed and boxed carefully with original contents (including original warranty cards, owner's guides, accessories, etc.) whenever possible. |

Damages

| Home H2O Filters, its parent company, directors, employees, or agents shall in no way be liable for ANY damages due to use, misuse, neglect or defects of its products however caused, whether or not Home H2O Filters, or any of its agents, employees, principals or affiliates have been advised of the possibility of any such damages. Laws in the State of Arkansas shall govern all terms and conditions, and any issues that may arise will be heard within the State of Arkansas. |
