Home H2O Filters warrants all filters for one year from date of purchase to be free of defects in material and workmanship when installed and operated as instructed in the Owner's Guide. Home H2O Filters will repair or replace any filter that fails to perform due to faulty material or workmanship. All filters are designed to be used on potable (drinking) water systems. This warranty does not cover damage due to use, misuse, improper installation or maintenance, excessive water pressure or temperature, freezing or general misapplication of the filter's use and purpose. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than that stated herein.

Step 1: Call 404-229-2745 for help. If your unit needs to be returned, call 404-229-2745 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
Step 2: Please place returned filter in a sealed plastic bag to prevent leakage.
